The Masked Dancer UK Series 2: Everything you need to know
Everybody’s favourite dancing detective show returned to our screens at the weekend, meaning we’re all set to be gripped to ITV on Saturdays for the foreseeable future. Here’s the lowdown that everybody needs on the new series…
When is The Masked Dancer on TV?
The show will air every from 6:30pm every Saturday evening from now until the final.
When is The Masked Dancer final?
There are eight weekly episodes, so the final will be shown on Saturday 22nd October.
Who are The Masked Dancer judges?
Once again, comedian Joel Dommett will be the host of the show. Davina McCall and Jonathan Ross will return as judges, as will Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse. Mo Gilligan was unavailable this year and he’s been replaced on the panel by former footballer Peter Crouch.
Who won The Masked Dancer series 1?
The first series was as competitive as you can imagine, with Howard Donald as Zip and Bonnie Langford as Squirrel coming close. But the ultimate dance-off champion was Olympic gymnast Louis Smith, who wowed the judges with his routines dressed as Carwash.
